And so, I am starting a new feature in my blog – “Coffee Conversations”
As part of this series, I will share with you my “Lessons Learnt….Secrets of Inspiring and Successful Personal Brands” in Hong Kong. We will find out about the challenges they faced in their careers, how they made it, some practical tools and techniques and more.
Our first guest today is Ms. Joanne Hon – Chief Operating Officer (Greater China Region) at Mercer. I met her first in Shanghai at Mercer High-Potentials programme. I was facilitating a training on Presentation Skills and she briefly spoke before I started the session. She inspired and connected immediately with the dynamic consultants present in the room. In her 17 years of experience in Financial and Professional services, Joanne has survived difficult times, challenged herself, balanced her family life and became the leader she is today by enabling growth of people around her.
